Builders Association of India (Kerala Centre) was formed in 1981 and since then the centre has been functioning for the welfare of the construction industry

International Federations of Asian & Western Pacific Contractor’s Associations (IFAWPCA) with headquarters at Manila, Philippines, which in turn affiliated to confederation of International Contractor’s Association (CICA) the Global organization of the construction industry, with headquarters at Paris, France.
